Made from our Sencha tea that is directly sourced from Shizuoka Prefecture in Japan.

We roast our sencha tea at 175 degrees Celsius, which reduces the caffeine level greatly, then slowly ball mill at low temperature to maintain its color and taste, resulting in a ultra fine powder that can be used for cooking and drinks. After its milled it is put through a high filtration system to ensure fluffy smooth fineness of the powder.

Our Hojicha powder is made to order to maintain freshness, our ingredients are stored in a climate controlled room to ensure high quality and taste.
