Our Story

At Seijaku, we process Organic Canadian grown soybeans, roasting and milling them into delicious Japanese style "Kinako" flour. We also mill and roast a variety of different teas sourced only from Japan into very fine powders. Order are made to order to ensure freshness.

We blend tradition and care to bring you clean, simple flavors in every package.

Ingredients

Our Kinako products are made from organic soybeans grown in Ontario Canada. They are grown using a pasture based system, using composting and green manures. No synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides, herbicides are used. Soybeans are non-gmo and full of plant based protein and fiber.

Our tea powders are made in Canada, with teas only sourced directly from farms in Japan. Our current tea products are grown in Shizuoka Prefecture. We source direct from farm, no middle men or trading companies to ensure best quality and to maintain freshness.

All of our products and ingredients are stored in climate controlled rooms to control temperature and humidity.
